The House of  Lacanau  is an example of adaptation and integration in the field.  The house fits into it without distorting it.  Its L-shaped plan with a green roof joining the two parts of the building recreate a simple and elegant volume.  A large through living room with bay windows offers a very bright living room.  With a living area of 144 m², it consists of  a living space of 62 m² with an island kitchen opening onto a large living room and a dining room.  The day area is extended by a terrace opening onto its environment.  The sleeping area includes  3 bedrooms, including a master suite of 22 m².

This modern-looking single-storey house is available with or without an integrated garage.  It more than meets the standard  RT  2012, and can claim to pass the passive house labels.
