We start by establishing an estimate, directly online or by videoconference.

2 / Pre-order

You make a pre-order. We are contractually committed to a price and a delivery time.

3 / Building permit (PC)

We carry out preliminary studies and the filing of building permits.  

The recourse of third parties is the period following the acceptance of the permit during which residents can contest it. Its duration is one month, and increases to two if the project is located in an area protected as historical monuments.

4 / Soil and foundation studies

​

We carry out the soil studies on your land then carry out the foundations and VRD (roads and networks) planned in the project. These steps are specific to each project and must therefore be seen on a case-by-case basis.

5 / Manufacture and  delivery

​

Your house is manufactured in our workshops in a maximum of two months, then delivered and assembled on your site.
